Do you regularly use a multi-purpose balm?

As some of you may know a lot of products come through BRHQ.  A LOT.  There are three things a courier can deliver that guarantee an interested Natalie .  Primer.  Nude lipstick.  And a multi-purpose balm.  WELL, earlier this week, not only was I interested, I was bordering on petty theft.

You see not only was there a multi-purpose balm in Monday's delivery - there was a natural multi-purpose balm.  Not a petro-chem in sight! And then, as though being a blend of beautiful oils, butters and extracts wasn't enough - it's packed full of the most magical NZ ingredient of them all.  Manuka Honey!

So you now understand my near-miss with a life of crime.  This product just ticks so many boxes for Nat.  I need to try it.

We're looking for reviewers to put the Wild Ferns Manuka Honey 80+ Here, There and Everywhere Balm to the test.

This is an intensive soothing balm formulated with premium certified Manuka Honey 80+ - scientifically proven to deliver antioxidants, proteins, vitamins and minerals that protect, nourish and heal the skin.

This 100% natural balm uses Clove Oil, Manuka Oil, Calendula and Chamomile to heal and soothe irritations, while a rich blend of Papaya, Mango and Shea Butters combine with moisturising Grape Seed and Rosehip Oils for a supremely nourishing and protective balm.  It also contains Sweet Almond Oil, Bees Wax, Aloe Vera, Royal Jelly.

Now one of the coolest things about Kiwi brand Wild Ferns (other than the cruelty-free and environmentally-friendly packaging!) is that the Manuka Honey used is guaranteed to contain at least 80% Manuka Pollen.  The products also feature formulas containing more ingredients from nature and a more natural preservative system.

Now if you're new to multi-purpose balms you're probably thinking, 'how do I use it?' .  And to thee I say, 'Let me count the ways'.  Use to:

  • soften dry cracked skin
  • condition lips
  • soften cuticles
  • soothe and heal insect bites
  • replenish sun-damaged skin
  • lock in moisture after a shower
  • soothe post-shaving irritation
  • to treat eczema and psoriasis

...and so many other ways!

So, hands up - who wants to take this gorgeous Kiwi product out for a spin?  What would you use it for?  And what other things do you use a multi-purpose balm for?

I suffer from psoriasis & I cant wait to try this on it!!

29th November, 2017

I'd love to give this product a try, I work in an air conditioned office and find my lips get really dry, I react badly to insect bites (the little buggers always manage to find the pin head sized patch of skin that I've missed with repellent!) and I suffer from eczema and my skin cracking on the tips of my fingers. We won't talk about my cracked heels in this conversation :)

I have suffered from eczema since childhood so to have a multi purpose balm is amazing. Would really like to try this as i think I tick quite a few of the boxes, dry cracked skin, eczema, sensitive skin and mild psoriasis. So to find one product that works for all of this will be great.

I would love to trial this one. I get red irritated bumps on my hands from weird allergic reactions and I would love to see if these eases up the healing process or gets rid of the discomfort. I would love to try it on dry patches, after shaving and compare it to my other moisturising products. This sounds perfect for summer and would love to test out to help my skin.

I use a coconut one for everything, from cuticles, lip balm, face moisturiser, after sun, feet, you name it I probably use it for it.

This sounds intriguing especially useful for dry cracked lips. Mine are saying "come on Babe give it a go".

I would love to try this on my eczema! I'd use it as a lip balm too and I'd probably slather it on my hands because they feel so dry lately!

I have never ever used a multi purpose balm before in my life!! Would love to test this out not just on me but the kids too! I get dermatitis in between my fingers more so in summer so would be a great test to see if it can calm down my angry skin and keep my hands hydrated. also I’m a lip balm addict so would be nice to see if I can use a natural product on my lips and get the same results as my current fave xx

I love multi purpose potions and concoctions! I have a couple of spot reducers that are in current circulation, and am always looking for one that does more, or better. I'd be delighted to be picked for this trial.

This products sounds amazing! I love using balms for chapped lips or dry areas when body lotions just don't cut it. I have used balms with essential oils but never with Manuka honey so would love to try this gorgeous NZ product.

Omg this would be amazing to try I would use it at work for my lips as well as my hands As I work in a chilled environment my hands are always being washed and my lips are always dry I have body butter in my drawer for my hands currently and always have a lip balm in my pocket so to try this product out would be great to see if it helps in the most harshest of environment

What a timely trial! About now my feet heels start drying out and cracking. I have tried all manner of potion & lotion and would love to give "Wild Ferns Manuka Honey 80+ Here, There and Everywhere Balm" a go at solving this yearly problem. I usually average 2-3 bee stings a year (because I love bare feet) and see the goodness of Manuka can help here. I wonder if it can relieve the itching! Apparently endless uses...........

I would love to trial this as an alternative to Lip balm and to help heal my sunburnt skin in summer (I just know that's gonna happen at some point) it sounds so natural I'd even like to try it on my baby's dry areas or rashes

I have not used a multi-purpose balm but reading this article makes me realise I should be giving them a try . So if you are looking for an aging skin to trial this product I would love to try and review. These hot windy days have been drying my lips and I work outside a lot so my hands are constantly in need of pampering
