Every so often (ok, more often than not), when trial products land at BRHQ we can't help but get a little excited. But I must confess, today's trial product has us a little more excited than usual. Why? Because it comes hand in hand with that oh so elusive tagline of being...a Hollywood Secret.
Ok, we all know there are no secrets in LA, but come on, a product used by Madonna, Kate Hudson, Gisele Bundchen, Liv Tyler, Brooke Shields, Tim McGraw, Karolina Kurkova, January Jones, Emily Blunt, Eva Mendes, Eva Longoria, Gucci Westman, Rachel Zoe and dozens more, has to be amazing right?!
So what's all the fuss about? This all-purpose and all-natural product is based on an ancient Egyptian formula that Cleopatra used to keep her skin radiant and glowing. It's perfectly safe to use anywhere on your body but luxurious enough to use on your face and for the last twenty years, it's been marketed soley through word of mouth - now that's our kind of recommendation!
Yes, ladies, we're putting Egyptian Magic Skin Cream to the test. The secret process behind this cream, blends six natural ingredients to create a rich balm which melts into an oil on your skin. And what's it used for? Well, how about this as a list of benefits:
- Dry and sun-damaged skin
- Rashes
- Burns
- Acne scarring
- Chapped lips
- Stretch marks
- Eczema and psoriasis
- Brittle and damaged hair
- Bug bites and wound care
- A night moisturiser
- Eye cream
- Makeup primer
- Shaving balm
- Hair masque
And the 6 magic ingredients? Olive Oil, Beeswax, Bee Propolis, Bee Pollen, Royal Jelly, Honey. Every jar is handmade in Texas without parabens, preservatives or chemicals.
Ok, so we think it sounds pretty fabulous, but of course we need a dedicated trial team of great reviewers to put it through it's paces! Does this sound like you?
Put your hand up below and tell us why you'd love to put this to the test - which of it's many uses appeal to you the most? And what are your thoughts on traditional beauty products? Do you tend to go the modern way, favouring products that have been produced using modern technology and science, or do you prefer centuries old recipes?

I need this for my rough nursing hands and my 14 year old daughter would be able to use it on severe acne scarring on the forehead. I love that it's made from recognisable ingredients too.
