Again, the packaging fits with the earthy botanical ideals and looks pretty. This has a dropper which is a good way to just start out with a small amount. The scent is the same lightly spiced refreshing smell. I wish it had the safflower scent as I would really like that to linger the way this does.
Of the range this was my favourite product. It's like a leave in conditioner and after some recent abuse my hair just felt really soft and manageable using this product. Starting with less is a good approach - I overdid it a bit and was left with a greasy spot on my head. It smooths well, but because it's not a heavy oil it doesn't drag your hair down. Will definitely be keeping this one up.
On special at the supermarket I couldn't resist trying this. I have colour treated, dry, fine hair, so the title and promises spoke to me! Oils are a bit hit and miss with my hair as they're often too heavy/oily for my hair type.
I usually use oils/serums on my hair so was surprised this was quite a milky/watery 'potion'....but applying it to my dry hair, just on the ends - I noticed my skin soaked it up and felt softer almost immediately.
With more use, on towel dried hair I noticed again that my hair was a little softer and shinier after styling, and unlike the oils I use, my hair wasn't oily or feeling weighed down.
Strength, I'm not sure my ends are breaking any less, but my ends certainly look less frizzy and frazzled.
I really like this product on my fine hair. It seems to smooth out the frizz and give it some long term nourishment. I love that it's a milky potion rather than oil - I feel like my hair really absorbs it rather than it sitting on the surface. It really works well for my coloured (lightened) fine hair! It's a keeper for me.
